How to Request a Return or Exchange

If the device you purchased has a problem due to a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. To begin the process, please contact our Technical Support team with your:

  • Order number
  • Name and email used for purchase
  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered electronically and downloads begin immediately, all sales of digital files, licenses, downloads, and virtual goods are final and non-refundable.

If you experience technical issues with your download or received a damaged or corrupted file, please contact us — we’re happy to help resolve the problem.


Physical Products

For all physical items purchased on egdigitaldreams.com:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

To complete your return:

  1. Contact Technical Support to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely.
  3. Ship to the address provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Exchanges

Want to exchange a product for a different size, version, or item? Just get in touch! Exchanges are processed as returns and new purchases — we’ll make it as easy as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping and handling fees (if paid) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide a photo of the issue and your order details.

We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover return shipping if the issue was our error.
