  • Support: If you have trouble downloading or accessing your purchase, contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.

Note: Digital products do not involve physical shipping and are not subject to shipping fees or delivery delays.


2. Physical Products

For physical items ordered from egdigitaldreams.com, the following terms apply:

Order Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer reliable shipping options for your convenience. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs
  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.
  • Any applicable taxes or duties imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped:
