We have one of the simplest and most flexible Warranty & Return Policies; also you review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are for any products that you purchased from Digital Dreams, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of shipment with only paying the shipping costs.

Returns will be processed only if:
1-The product is not damaged.
2-The product is returned in the same condition as when it was received (with the original brand /manufacturer box or packaging, any user manual, warranty card and all accessories)

How long is the warranty?
It’s different from product to another, but all of our products have the warranty length included in the description. Simply navigate to the product description of the product that you are inquiring about to see the warranty length. The warranty period begins on the day that the product gets delivered to you by the shipping courier.

How isn’t include on the warranty?
If the customer installed the device incorrectly, which led to a malfunction in the device, this malfunction is not due to poor manufacturing or any breakage in the device, or also due to climatic conditions such as lightning and storms.
Or if the malfunction results from an increase or decrease in electrical current, it is considered outside the warranty.
